On-Demand Production & Final Sale Policy

All items sold by The Forge are made to order using an on-demand printing and fulfillment process. Because each product is created specifically for your order, all sales are final, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Returns

Because all products are created on demand, returns are not accepted unless the item qualifies under the Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items policy above.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If an item qualifies due to damage or defect, we will replace it. Otherwise, all sales are final.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
